CONTENT
NOTES
Type:
General
Note:
Side one begins with an [interview?] between Steve McCaffery and an unknown speaker. Steve McCaffery begins talking about a movie named [Paradise in Proved?]; he somehow talks about a book called Paradise Lost. The conversation seems to be difficult to make sense of since the person talking to Steve is having a hard time understating him. This conversation ends at 14:08, and at 14:12 we hear Steve McCaffery performing a Telepathic Translation seemed to be recorded at [ Gallery Nine?] in 1984. We hear some Chinese talk translated by Steve
At 17:45, we hear Steve McCaffery answering the audience questions at ACA conference.
One side two, we hear Steve McCaffery [at ACA conference?] talking about his book named The black debt and reading some parts of it; he also reads some parts from his book named Theory of sediment. In the last part of his reading, he plays a dated sound poetry audio recording named [Five Beyond the [Edio or Video?] recorded in 1979 or 1980. This taps has Steve's documentations of performance pieces which are mostly about writing concerns; Steve plays the last piece that is a documentation of a 7-day performances he had about his film named [Paradise in Proved?].
